Dermalogica announces voucher reward system to help small businesses

To support local skin care business and to ensure clients are always buying authentic Dermalogica skin care, Dermalogica have developed a voucher reward for customers that spend $100 or more on skin care products with a Dermalogica stockist.


The vouchers, valued at $30, are being distributed among 700+ Dermalogica participating stockists nationally until the end of October, allowing Dermalogica stockists to compete with the grey market (unauthorised retailers) and with off-shore sales given the high value of the Australian dollar.

For every $30 voucher a client redeems, Dermalogica is subsidising the discount, providing a rebate to each Dermalogica stockist to assist each business to build their retail sales during this economic slump.

“Throughout our 15 year history, we’ve never experienced so much feedback from our stockists about the difficulty they are having with competing in the current retail climate. This voucher program which started from the 1st of July has been extremely well received by our stockists and we see it as a positive way to help build each of the small businesses we work with across the country,” says Suzette Cassie, General Manager of Dermalogica Australia.

The voucher incentive will be heavily promoted by Dermalogica’s PR efforts, and online presence, including the company’s website, social media and online database.

Each voucher has an expiry date reading: March 31, 2012, which will drive retail well into the new year.
