Babor invited over 100 of its best clients to a black tie dinner to celebrate 10 successful years of distribution in Australia. Held at the Star Room at Darling Harbour’s Imax Theatre, the venue was glamorously decorated with black lace, crystals and red roses, which perfectly complemented the glamour theme.
With breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and the gorgeous city skyline, international guests to the function included Micheal Schummert, Managing Director of BABOR Germany, and Beng, Mina and Han Jayanata, directors of Babor Indonesia.

Managing Director of Babor Australia, Donna Waite started the evening with a warm and welcoming speech. She briefly spoke of Babor’s 10 years in Australia and the rapid growth it has experienced.
Donna also took time to genuinely thank Babor’s longest-standing clients, some who have been with Babor for more than 20 years.
Managing Director of Babor Germany, Michael Schummert then spoke about some of the comparisons of the two countries and the long-standing relationship and growth of the Babor brand in Australia.

Schummert joined Babor Germany in 2007 and since this time distributors across the globe have seen a modernisation of the Babor brand.
The evening finished with the band playing some classic tunes and a slide show of the past 10 years lit up the room while guests danced, mingled and socialised among one another.
