Skincare brand AHAVA sponsored the WIZO’s Sponsor a Child Luncheon on June 11.
The Women’s International Zionist Organisation Sponsor a Child Luncheon in Vaucluse was held as a tribute to the ladies who gave generously and taken part in this year’s Sponsor a Child initiative.
Each member was presented with a photo of the child they will be sponsoring in Israel.
Sponsors were also captivated by renowned writer and entertainer Mary Coustas who shared the emotional story of her personal struggle into motherhood. She also stressed the importance of ‘mothering ‘ those children who are less fortunate and praised the work WIZO does.
AHAVA, as a sponsor for this event supports the humanitarian aid efforts provided by this not-for-profit organisation. The brand donated gifts to each attendee for their support of the Sponsor a Child initiative and their contribution to those in need.
