Pink truck pitstop

To celebrate the launch of Innisfree Jeju Cherry Blossom Jelly Cream, the Korean skincare brand held a series of pop up events in Melbourne and Sydney.

A pink truck visited The Rocks, Westfield Chatswood, Federation Square and Highpoint Shopping Centre for an interactive event for the senses.

Media were allowed to peruse the sectioned off area themselves before members of the public were invited in and asked to share their best photo from the Jeju Cherry Blossom Event for a chance to win a gift pack.

The interactive pop up included a swing, a dessert station and a vending machine with a live hand dishing out samples of the new jelly cream.

At the event, a spokesperson shared some information about how the new product was manufactured; explaining harvested Jeju Cherry Blossoms’ leaves were dried and then aged for three weeks in lava seawater at an optimal temperature.

She said the leaves were then dried again after removing sea salts, finally being squeezed for a “potent extract with a brightening effect for clean, bright, and vibrant skin”.
