Spa & Beauty Expo: Business Leaders Summit

Addressing all sectors of the industry, the Business Leaders Summit at the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo invites leaders of spa, beauty, and medi-cosmetics to come together in a never before seen congregated force. Event Director, Julia Erben has hand-picked inspirational speakers for the Business Leaders Summit, which will be a forward thinking forum of discussion on the future outlook of the entire industry. The summit will focus on the ‘Consumer of Tomorrow’ and preparing businesses for the changes that lie ahead.

In a world of separated factions, the Business Leaders Summit will prove to be a driving force of the entire industry, bringing together leaders from all segments. The idea was born from the desire to present cutting edge strategies and insights to overcome unique challenges of all types of businesses. Hosted by Narelle Hooper, editor of Boss Magazine/Australian Financial Review, the summit is a fresh futuristic one-day program that will analyse the impact of a new consumer psyche on the pillars of business success.

The day will commence with a visionary introduction by futurist Mike Walsh, CEO of innovation research lab Tomorrow, who will answer the ever-pending question “Who is the Consumer of Tomorrow?” Mike will prepare you for coming innovations and empower you with knowledge of consumer trends on the verge of hitting critical mass, and how you can translate these insights into usable business strategies.
