SLA Academy will be running a monthly Inspire Me Retail Training Workshop to help professionals develop retail selling skills.
These workshops will be held at the Castle Hill academy and run regularly once a month. Taught by Encore Beauty client relationship manager Shae Macintyre, the one-day workshop targets salon owners, beauty therapists and students.
Interactive and inspiring, Inspire Me is made up of three sessions:
Session 1 (9:30 – 11:30am): overcoming sales objections, giving great service, building strong client rapport and developing your product knowledge.
Session 2 (12-2pm): effective questions, listening and responding, recommendation and closing the sale.
Session 3 (3pm – 5pm): 2 minute techniques, presenting your product solution, features and benefits, link selling and up-selling.
