Organic skincare brand Eminence recently welcomed Natalie Pergar, their international trainer from Canada, to do a series of workshops across the country in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.

Each day was full-day training session, jam packed with information on which products are suited to which client types. "Natalie’s enthusiastic and knowledgeable training approach was a big success with the beauty therapists and salon owners in attendance,” said brand manager Belinda Hughes.

Natalie spoke about different ingredients in the Eminence range and how they are effective for skin conditions like acne, pigmentation, rosacea and ageing. Natalie advised on how products could be mixed and matched across the range for different clients’ needs and advised therapists’ not to become complacent or guess the best treatments for a client as skin – the bodys' largest organ is always changing,.

With many experiencing sun damaged skin in Australia, Natalie spent time discussing how to spot and treat such concerns and said Eminence’s Stone Crop collection was fantastic for hyperpigmentation.

With Eminence’s concentrated formulations of whole food ingredients, Natalie also discussed nutrition and how it affects the skin from within. “It is key to understand that the skin reflects what we put into our bodies nutritionally. There are key foods that one can add to their diet that have an impact on the skin,” said Natalie.

The workshops also covered a consultation and retailing education section, where Natalie discussed her six closing techniques for closing a sale. Attendees were also treated to a sneak peak of the new launch coming out in September.
