Vivid Nails will reveal the secrets to glamorous fingernail design in a two-day Designer Nails Anonymous (DNA) course in Sydney next month.
Vivid Nails director Viv Simmonds said the course will cover six designer nail themes – corset, face and flora, mermaid, jungle, nature and tropical.
Viv, who has more than 20 years experience in the local nail industry and has won numerous Australian and international nail artist awards including ‘Overall Champion’ in Australia for five consecutive years, will be teaching the hands-on course.
She said she would take each participant though the nail design process “step by step teaching various techniques in nail design”.
The $385 course, which is aimed at qualified nail artists and technicians, will be held at the Holiday Inn in Darling Harbour on September 6 and 7 immediately following the Sydney International Spa & Beauty Expo on September 4 and 5.
Viv said participants should bring “everything they need and use to perform acrylic nails including their colour and glitter powders”.
