Sukin global customer survey highlights upward trend in cost-effective skincare.

A recent global survey conducted by Sukin showed some interesting results following the global economic downturn of recent years.

The survey, completed by almost 3,000 Sukin Beauty Club members, spanning 22 countries, highlighted an increase in those seeking cost-effective skincare.

The January 2011 survey indicated price as the main purchase trigger for 8.5% of customers, a hefty increase from 5% in the identical 2010 survey.

Results show that 85% of customers spend under AUD$50 per month on their skincare, with almost 40% spending under AUD$25.
