BrandPoint set to launch Clarisonic

BrandPoint is set to launch Clarisonic, a patented sonic skin cleansing device already proving popular overseas, in Australia next month.
 
According to BrandPoint’s Sean Lane, the Clarisonic professional-calibre brush features a gentle sonic micro-massage action which gently cleans pores without harsh abrasion or chemicals.
 
He said clinical results show that six times more makeup is removed with the Clarisonic brush than with manual cleansing and can therefore “result in reduced appearance of pores, fine lines and wrinkles, and improved skin tone”.
 
When Clarisonic was launched in the UK last October it sold out in weeks and achieved Top 10 product status with Space NK in its first month.
 
In the USA, Clarisonic is distributed through dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, spas and prestige retailers including Sephora, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Beauty.com and Bliss.  
 
The parent company, Pacific Bioscience Laboratories Inc has grown 2197 percent in the last four years and Inc. Magazine has recently listed Clarisonic at Number 60 in its annual ranking of the Top 500 fastest growing private companies in the USA.
