BLC Cosmetics, the distributors of Thalgo, Kerstin Florian, Essie, theBalm and Gewhol relocated from their Hornsby location to Artarmon earlier in the year.
The iconic BLC building in Hornsby has served the company for almost 30 years. The relocation to Artarmon in August was a necessary move for the company in order to keep up with its growth in the market. Important factors considered in this move included space and convenience of travel for employees (who come from upper North Shore and Central Coast).
Artarmon was the perfect choice of locations – central for BLC customers and senior management team requiring efficient transit to and from the airport for their increasing domestic and international travel.
Since relocating in August, BLC has seen a 100% increase in customer visitation.
Top priority in the move to Artarmon was creating a state of the art training facility to support stockists. The finished training facility is a spacious, bright and fully-equipped education centre that incorporates all representation systems: visual, auditory, kinaesthetic, olfactory/gustatory.
