Kristal_headshot 3After 13 years in the industry working in spas, medispas and as an educator at The Wellington Institute of Technology in New Zealand, Kristal has a passion for skin that drives her to move forward and grow constantly.

“I have a passion for the skin and the integumentary system, and I love being part of an industry that is constantly changing and evolving,” she said.

Kristal’s new role as national educator at Alpha-H will involve training clinicians in product knowledge, sales & retail tips and also advanced training and skin knowledge.

“Having a background in educating beauty therapy students will help me in my new role – I’m excited to be educating again so I can pass on all the tips I’ve learned along the way,” she said.

“In this role I will be educating staff and salon owners, visiting salons for training and being able to offer post-grade training on specific topics related to the skin.”

Alpha-H director Michelle Doherty is extremely pleased with her new staff member: “Kristal’s passion for the brand and savvy approach to training made her a standout amongst other applicants. With her drive and determination we look forward to working with her and growing the Alpha-H business within Australia”.
