Kylie’s Professional are very excited to announce that entries are open for their Mineral Goddess Makeup Competition – Spring into Summer! If you are a makeup artist your work could be chosen for the brand’s new 2012 Spring into Summer Poster.

Also on offer are over $1000 in prizes including makeup and brush sets. The winning makeup artists will also win an editorial inspired Mineral Goddess makeup photo shoot with Andrew Place photography from Fashion TV Australia. The winners will also have the opportunity to meet the other artists and collages, salons and photographers involved.
Kylie’s Professional are looking for:
A beauty editorial look with bold, light and bright spring to summer colours, fashion and themes – think flowers, sun, beach resort, holidays and fun.
Tips
Competition is open to all makeup artists and makeup students.
Discounts are available on any makeup products you need to create your look. Please enquire if you need samples or products.
Quality professional photo’s that can be used for posters.
Creative heads shots without fancy accessories.
An editorial/poster look that shouts Spring Summer and showcases the quality of your work.

Conditions
The makeup artists entering must use Kylie’s Professional Mineral Goddess makeup only for all entries submitted.
No tattooed eyeliner.
You may enter more than one look or model.
Please name the photographer, model and yourself. Please include a before photo of your model.
To qualify for entry please include:
Images in jpeg format. Emailed or sent on disc.
A list of all Mineral Goddess products and colours used to create your look.
A description of how you created your look.
Photographer and model releases* contact Kylie’s professional if you need a model release.

Entries close at 5.00pm on the 25th of October 2011.
The winner and runners up will be announced on the 31st of October 2012.
The Spring into Summer posters will be displayed online, promoted and displayed in Mineral Goddess Salons with the winner’s, photographer’s and model’s name.
*Please note: You will need to ensure you have sufficient usage rights from the photographer who provided your images, as well as model releases from the models used in your images.
We may use your images for advertising online and in print at a later date. You agree that by submitting work to Kylie’s Professional, you have the appropriate release privileges.

The competition will be judged by a panel of industry experts listed above. The winning makeup artist will need to travel to the Gold Coast for the shoot at a time of their choosing.
