Endota raises the spa in retail design

Endota Spa has revealed its “groundbreaking new retail design” with the opening of its 100th spa.

With a 160 square metre layout, the spa in South Australia’s Norwood, offers customers a unique, interactive experience to take on “a journey that involves all the senses”.

Boasting natural timbers, copper finishes, handmade tiles, earthy hues, subdued lighting and the Endota Spa signature scent “which greets customers on arrival and allows them to leave their stress at the door”, the spa has six treatment rooms (one a double) and two relaxation lounge areas.

However it is the spa’s “retail space” that makes it stand out from its predecessors.

Apart from “a Dabble Bar that encourages customers to touch, smell or try ingredients and products,”, the spa also boasts an express skin consultation and treatment space for busy customers “without an appointment” featuring a BT analyser, a skin scanner, mini-facials with jade rollers, LED mask treatments and hand, head and shoulder massages.

Endota’s national franchise manager Jonathan Nelson said the concept spa marks an exciting period in the company’s journey.

“We are excited to have created a retail and service space dedicated to all aspects of wellness –  an interactive area full of our certified organic and natural products and a zoned off treatment area that makes clients feel as though they have stepped into another world.”

Fitout- manager Jenelle Sheppard said the new retail design marks the way forward for Endora Spa “as a market leader in the wellness space”.

“The design of this space allows us to continually challenge the notion of a typical spa,” she said.

“We are excited about taking our design to the next level, bringing wellness out of the treatment rooms and into retail area.”
