Presenting an opportunity to shape your industry – Service Skills Australia (SSA) will be hosting consultations and workshops across Australia.
Throughout the months of September, October and November SSA will be hosting a series of consultation meetings and workshops around Australia to gain industry input into the review of existing and newly developed beauty qualifications.
Service Skills Australia is responsible for the development of nationally recognised beauty qualifications including the Diploma of Beauty Therapy and Diploma of Salon Management.
The skills and knowledge of a beauty practitioner is vital for success in an industry that is dominated by a continual flow of new products, technological advancements and treatment options.
In addition, changing clients and societal expectations create increased demand for soft skill sets in addition to technical expertise.
To ensure the beauty industry has access to a range of highly skilled and trained individuals, your input is needed!
