Help Clients Reach Their Beauty Potential

My Beauty Potential is a new website launched April 28 to help Australians better understand their skin and ageing.

Created by Australian dermatologist and associate professor Greg Goodman, My Beauty Potential and Make Me Handsome (for men) is a 10 minute skin assessment program that helps consumers understand how their skin is changing and how to make better treatment and skincare decisions based on their individual skin needs. This system is also available to medical cosmetic clinics.

A great tool for salons and therapists, My Beauty Potential is an empowering tool that can be recommended to clients to educate them in their skin needs and how treatments can enhance their beauty potential – be it injectables or facials.

The website provides a pre-consultation tool that allows the consumer to complete an in-depth analysis of their face. Australian clinics will then be recommended based on their evaluation.

Single area

The program contains a gallery of un-morphed photos and interactive features that allows the user to visually see possible skin changes such as pigmentation and facial wrinkles. At the completion of the program, users will be provided with a skin age and beauty support that breaks the face down into four areas: forehead, eye, mid face and lower face.

Whilst the program is interactive and entertaining, it provides consumers with relevant information and insights across key concern areas such as wrinkles, surface, volume and ultimately a beauty score. This is based on the fact that most people don’t necessarily age in synchronicity. They may have one (or more) features, regions, or aspect of their appearance that is ageing at a different rate to the rest of them.
