Now this is new… flower makeup

The non-irritating, non-allergenic nature of mineral makeup has made it a mainstay in salons and clinics for the past decade. Ready for something new? Made of flowers and other do-good ingredients, Zuii Organic adds a dose of loveliness to every makeup application.

Zuii's powder products are made using a special blend of rose, jasmine and chamomile flowers.

First up, all of Zuii’s products are certified organic, so they’re free of petrochemicals, parabens, fillers and talc. Good. But what’s really exciting about this range is its powder products – think foundation, blush and eyeshadow. These do-good products are made using a special blend (or should we say bouquet?) of rose, jasmine and chamomile flowers.

The newest product is the Flora Loose Power Foundation, a lightweight formulation to control oil and minimise shine.

The newest product is the Flora Loose Power Foundation, a lightweight formulation to control oil and minimise shine. Much less Nan’s dusty potpourri, much more modern decadence, this new product is made of flowers (you can actually see the petals in the pot) and other natural ingredients, including witch hazel and aloe vera.

According to Danni Simpson, Australian sales and marketing manager for Zuii Organic, these natural elements help nourish and protect the skin while delivering results.

“We really want the world to know that there is a professional certified organic option that boosts colour and staying power,” she explains.

Along with being passionate about organic products, Zuii is also proudly Australian made, not tested on animals, and includes vegan-friendly options.

“[Zuii] is a brand that loves your skin, the environment and the creativity of makeup in itself,” says Simpson.

The Flora Loose Powder Foundation will be released in April.
