R&G Aromatherapy – Carole Franck Australia, the Australian distributor of French aromatherapy skincare brand, Carole Franck, has announced the appointment of two new staff members; National Trainer, Maria Lynch and Business Development Manager, Deborah Allen.
Lynch has over 25 years of beauty therapy experience, with more than 15 of those years in education. During her career, she has managed salons, owned her own business and trained thousands of therapists. Lynch brings with her vast product knowledge, a comprehensive understanding of the skin and cosmetic chemistry, as well as expertise in IPL and laser technology. Lynch said, “I believe that education and training is the path to success. I also believe that therapists should be well educated and that there should be strong educational support for therapists.”
Deborah Allen has been in the beauty industry for the last 20 years, starting as a cosmetic consultant and nail technician and developing into beauty therapy. Having owned two successful salons, her expertise includes business development, coaching and customer service. For the past four years, Allen has expanded her expertise into the area of education and training.
Roman Garai, General Manager of R&G Aromatherapy Pty Ltd, said, “There is no doubt how much stronger R&G Aromatherapy has become with [the appointment of] these two very experienced ladies. It supports our idea to deliver the product through very sophisticated educational program.”
“We are constantly trying to innovate and improve our training, helping therapists understand the concept of aromatherapy first, then our body, and the synergy of these with the products. We are very passionate about education,” he said.
Prior to starting their roles, Lynch and Allen both trained in Paris in October 2008 with the brand’s founder, Carole Franck.
