O Cosmedics helping to keep salons afloat

In a bid to unite the beauty industry and help to keep salons afloat, O Cosmedics has launched a new initiative to help their beauty clinic partners to navigate the tumultuous economy, given the effects of COVID-19.

While all beauty salons and clinics been forced to close in accordance with the Federal Government’s COVID-19 measures, very few have a digital platform to utilise for the sale of their skincare products. With that in mind, O Cosmedics is offering their valued partners a lifeline.

Beauty salons and clinics that stock O Cosmedics can sell their product line on the brand’s website. Clinics will be able to send their customers a unique ‘Clinic Code’ which they enter at the checkout. O Cosmedics will send the product out to the consumer and the nominated clinic will then receive a credit of the wholesale amount, minus a small handling fee.

“Given we have a strong online presence but do not promote online sales – we have always left this to the clinics – we have presented this option to our partners that will help them sell online without compromising our salon-only philosophy,” says founder of O Cosmedics, Maria Enna-Cocciolone. “I founded INSKIN COSMEDICS, O Cosmedics’ parent company, 12 years ago with a motto, ‘there is no room for failure’ and this is the exact philosophy we will continue to adopt today,” says Maria.  “We take strength in the fact that these are temporary measures and when this is over, we will come back stronger. Our tribe, our team and partners are united and together we will rebuild when the time comes.”

O Cosmedics will pick, pack and dispatch all orders direct to their customer’s doors.
