Laser Clinics Australia has opened their 80th clinic, citing Australians increased spending on non-invasive cosmetic procedures as a major reason behind the move.

The Castle Hill salon made its debut late April, and is the 20th Laser Clinics Australia centre to have opened in the last 12 months.

“Demand for non-surgical cosmetic treatments is growing exponentially in Australia,” said General Manager Tim Sinclair. “We are opening new clinics and expanding existing clinics to service this demand.”

“We believe the demand for non-surgical cosmetic treatments will continue to grow in Australia. Our technology, products and treatments are the world’s best, and we are renowned for our service and safety, which allows us to provide clients with the best results.”

A 2016 report by Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia (CPCA) claimed that Australians had spent $1 billion in non-invasive cosmetic procedures in the last year (to the year ending 31 December 2015) and that number would continue to rise.

Laser Clinics Australia will continue to open new clinics in convenient locations to meet consumers increasing demand for relatively quick cosmetic procedures.

“Australians are savvy consumers when it comes to lifestyle and beauty treatments. They want the latest technology and techniques, at convenient locations. Laser Clinics Australia offers this. We have the largest team of doctors, nurses, and therapists in Australia.”

Laser hair removal still remains LCA’s most in demand treatment, with the Australia beauty business claiming to have revolutionised the accessibility and affordability of the practice. Microdermabrasion also made the list along with anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers.

While there are no plans for another spa opening yet, there are however a variety of new treatments on the menu.

We have just launched our LED Light Therapy treatment – Healite II,” Sinclair told Professional Beauty. “It is available as a Yellow Light treatment for healing, collagen-building, and rejuvenation; and as a Blue Light treatment for acne therapy.

“We have also introduced skin tightening, a laser therapy which can be used all over the body to stimulate collagen and plump and tighten skin.”

The company expects to perform 2.5 million non-surgical cosmetic treatments in the 2016-2017 financial year, with the clinic contributing its expansive growth to its unique offering to clients.

“We have an unrivaled reputation for competitive pricing, innovation, customer service and impeccable clinical standards,” says Sinclair. “We will continue to expand and are always looking for dedicated professionals to join our team.”
