Professional Beauty Solutions has announced Body Wisdom Contour Clinic in Perth as its 2016 Salon of the Year. Find out about this exciting clinic and all the other well-deserving winners!
The winners of PBS’s annual awards were held at the distributor’s inaugural gala dinner during the its popular Passion to Profits 2.0 conference, held in Sydney, 19 and 20 August. Salons and clinics from across the country gathered to hear all the winners, with the most prestigious prize of the night, 2016 Salon of the Year, going to Amy Marvelli, owner of Body Wisdom Contour Clinic in Perth, WA.
With four staff members, six treatment rooms and a book full of loyal clients, Body Wisdom is located in the beautiful Perth suburb of Mount Hawthorn where it has gone from strength to strength under Amy’s professional guidance. Amy’s journey with Body Wisdom began as the manager, but, in the last two and a half years, she has become the owner and operator of the successful salon.
Body Wisdom also took out the prize for Image Skincare Stockist of the Year at the evening gala. Loyal to the skincare brand, Amy fell in love with the brand after her manager recommended it to her, and it remains one of the clinic’s most successful ranges.
“Body Wisdom is a results driven business that will do what it takes to get the best turn around for their clients,” says Matt Williams, managing director of PBS. “Their focus on results for their clients, instead of results as a business, allows Amy and the Body Wisdom team to focus on their passion for helping their clients when they really need it.”
Proactive in holding events for her clients and highly active on social media, Amy says that she has also put into use PBS’s Marketing on a Platter program, which she says has helped her fine new clients for her clinic.
