The brand recently launched its ambitious Specialised Depigmentation Centre program, which will certify 250 salons across the globe in depigmentation, including 40 in Australia.

To kick things off, chosen salons in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth received intensive training on Cosmelan, Mesoestatic’s leading depigmentation treatment, from international trainer Tina Note.

To qualify for the program clinics needed to be high quality with experience in offering intense treatments and commit to attending training schools and in-clinic training. This is vital because therapists using Cosmelan – which requires sessions over four months – need to be across the product range, ingredients, how to use them with machines, application protocols and home care recommendations.

Apart from helping clients with a major skin woe, Rose Bonasera of Elixir Skin Fitness , who attended the training, says offering the Cosmelan treatment will give her salon an important point of difference.

“Pigmentation is a skin condition that is certainly a major concern for my clients,” says Bonasera. “Becoming a specialised depigmentation clinic provides my clinic with a credible and competitive edge, offering specialised treatments and products that provide outstanding results in the treatment, management and prevention of pigmentation.”

Derya Koch, from the Victorian Dermal Group, agrees.

“Taking part in the Mesoestetic specialised pigmentation program has furthered our education in treating pigmentation and therefore offering cutting edge pigmentation treatment products and methods to our clients,” says Koch.
