MyFaceMyBody Awards Australasia 2015 winners announced!

The inaugural FaceMyBody Awards Australasia 2015 was held over the weekend. Professional Beauty has all the winners. Are you one of them?

Following the highly successful MyFaceMyBody Awards in the UK, the first ever MyFaceMyBody Awards Australasia was held at The Hilton in Sydney last weekend.

The only consumer awards dedicated to the Australian and New Zealand aesthetics industry, this glamourous awards event was hosted by MyFaceMyBody.com founder, TV personality and grooming expert, Stephen Handisides.

“After the huge success of the UK awards, I wanted to bring the awards closer to home in New Zealand and Australia where the popularity of aesthetics and beauty is sky-rocketing and the quality of services available is truly world class,” said Handisides.

“The awards were voted on by the consumer, so the process is more transparent, fair and meaningful to the winners. Given the success of this year’s Awards, we can’t wait to bring them back to Australasia again in 2016,” adds Stephen Handisides.

Voted on by consumers and judged by some of the country’s leading aesthetics industry experts, the glamorous awards night gives brands, beauty practices and aesthetics industry members the chance to be recognised and rewarded for their product innovation, service and reputation.

Amongst the winners is Ultraceuticals, which won Cosmeceutical Range of the Year.

“It is such an honour to be recognised for this award,” says Ultraceuticals founder, Dr Geoffrey Heber. “It represents the talent, hard work and dedication the Ultraceuticals team has given to create skincare that gives real results and empowers people with their best possible skin to help them lead their best possible lives.”

Ultraceuticals was also recognised with a Highly Commended award for ‘Best Customer Service by a Manufacturer or Supplier’.

Advanced Cosmeceuticals took out the gong for the ‘Best Plastic Surgery Product or Device’ with its Lutronic Healite II, a second-generation Light Emitting Diode (LED) phototherapy system, developed by LED technology expert, Dr Glen Calderhead.

‘Best Tightening Product or Treatment’ went to Advanced Skin Technology, while ‘Best Body Reshaping Procedure’ went to Lumenis Australia. ‘Most Innovative Product or Service’ was awarded to High Tech Laser Australia.

Big congratulations goes to Dr Michael Miroshnik in Sydney’s Bondi Junction who won ‘Best Aesthetic Practice Overall’.
