Two of Sydney’s prominent laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation brands are in talks to merge some of their services in a bid to provide a more streamlined one-stop service for clients.
You By Sia has announced it will be making a move to acquire three of Nad’s Laser Clinics as part of its plan to create a unique chain of advanced laser and skin rejuvenation clinics throughout Sydney.
At present, there are four You By Sia clinics located in the Sydney CBD, Bondi Junction, St Ives and Castle Hill.
As part of the merger, Nad’s three clinics (located in the Sydney CBD, Burwood and Parramatta) will be rebranded under the You By Sia masthead, bringing You By Sia’s clinic offering to a total of six locations.
Nad’s Laser Clinics founder, Sue Ismiel said the move will to provide clients a more vast offering of laser, skin rejuvenation and body treatments all in one location.
“Our traditional strength in laser hair removal will combine very well with You By Sia’s advanced cosmeceutical skincare systems,” emphasised Ismiel.
“You By Sia’s team has an excellent commitment to providing clients with a high level of professional service. This was a very important consideration for Nad’s.”
You By Sia was founded by Sia Hendry and Zeses Rokos in 2005, with much of the brand’s success based on the core philosophy of ‘caring for skin from the inside out’, something Hendry says has been a major draw card that will continue to attract clients to the extended clinic line.
