APSWC forum aims to create a new vision for Asia-Pacific spa industry

[Wed 27/01/2010 02:39:20]

The Asia Pacific Spa Wellness Coalition (APSWC) is hosting its 4th Annual Strategic Planning Forum at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th, March, 2010.

Following the success of the 2009 event, which sought to “Re-align, Re-cap and Re-energise”, the 2010 forum theme: “2020 Vision – what will ‘wellness’ look like in the year 2020?”, will aim even further.

The invitation-only event will feature experts, leaders, principals, management and heads of companies coming together to evaluate the accomplishments of the six task forces: Professionalisation, Traditional Therapies, People, Products, Profit and Planet.

Sessions with special guest speakers, and inspirational and thought-provoking group discussions will help decide where the industry will be in ten years from now.

The APSWC is a regional body which links the national spa associations of the Asia-Pacific nations and was formed to meet the challenges presented by the evolution and growth of the Asian Pacific spa industry. For more information www.apswc.org
