A'kin and Al'chemy win UK Awards

[Tue 17/11/2009 02:38:26]

 By Cecily-Anna Bennett

Australian brands A'kin and Al’chemy are having their moment in the limelight, recently sweeping a raft of accolades in the UK.

A’kin Pure Radiance Rosehip Oil and Al’chemy Gingko & Jojoba Intensive Moisture Vitamin Hair Masque both came up trumps in the Beauty Bible Beauty Steals 2009.

Beauty Bible Beauty Steals features hundreds of beauty bargains – cosmetics, skincare and hair products, all tried and tested by real women and written by renowned beauty experts Sarah Stacey & Josephine Fairley.

A’kin won a further three awards for its Rose & Geranium Pure Creamy Cleanser & Toner in One, Gingko & Chamomile Revitalising Eye Night Crème and Unscented Intensive Hand, Nail & Cuticle Treatment in the Green Beauty Bible Awards 2009.

These awards are also compiled and edited by Josephine Fairley and Sarah Stacey, with results based on the opinions of over 7500 women over a period of 13 years - one of the biggest consumer tests of beauty products ever undertaken.

Strengthening the brands’ position as a market leader in the hair, skin and body categories, the awards are testament to the quality of A’kin and Al’chemy natural products - affordable and effective. www.purist.com.au
